Naturex acquired juice concentrates producer
Naturex says it has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of Zpow Pektowin, a Polish company specialized in the production of apple and citrus pectins, fruit and vegetable juice concentrates, as well as the preparation of processed food products.
