WDS offers depositing instruction
WDS (Winkler and Dünnebier Süßwarenmaschinen) has launched a new series of chocolate workshops on the production of one-shot and triple-shot confectionery.
Aptly titled ‘Depositing on another level’, the seminars provide in-depth theory, as well as on-hands experience with state-of-the-art WDS lab depositors.
The new workshops are targeted at production managers of the chocolate-manufacturing industry, product-development staff, plant operators, application engineers and production assistants. Class size has been restricted to eight persons per workshop to facilitate optimal learning conditions.
