Vitiva: Extending shelf life of fish

Vitiva’s VFish is a product line of natural solutions for increasing shelf life and yield management of processed fresh fish. The solutions contain natural, mineral-rich sea salt and Vitiva’s proprietary plant extract formulations, which provide anti-rancidity, increase product yield and support anti-microbial stability in prepared fish and fish products.

Fish producers can choose among different customized VFish formulations applicable to both mainstream and organic-certifi ed products for their processes. The new line is available as a dry mix, complete solution customized to various batch sizes, technological needs and processing operations.
