Vitasoy: Mocha, red-bean, taro soymilk popular in China

Vitasoy has delivered 10 million packs of its products—including regular and flavored soymilks, and juices and teas—from Hong Kong to Mainland China under CEPA (Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement). Since October 2005, the company has introduced seven products which have been well-received in the China market: 1-liter soymilk, 250-milliliter mocha soymilk, red-bean soymilk and taro soymilk; and 250-milliliter mango juice, guava juice; and chrysanthemum tea.

"The Vitasoy products imported under the Hong Kong/China free-trade agreement were very well-received. It has helped us to expand our foothold into Mainland China. We are confident in our future development in the market," explains Jack Yuan, managing director of Vitasoy (China).
