Valspar declares dividend
The Valspar Corporation has announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share, payable 12 January 2007 to all common stockholders of record on 29 December 2006.
The coatings manufacturer says the $0.13 cent dividend represents a $0.02 cent, or approximately 18 percent increase over the dividend in effect for the past four quarters.
