Time-saving price indicator device

Bizerba's GLP range of label printers for product labeling is designed for use in the food processing industry, the production industry and in logistics.

The range will be exhibited at Interpack from May 12 to 18 in Düsseldorf, Germany.

The GLP-I, as the successor of the manual price indicator GH, can be used for weight-related, fixed weight and fixed value labeling in products such as meat, sausage, poultry and cheese, fruit and vegetables.

"GLP-I reduces set-up times as label rolls with a 300-millimetre diameter can be used," said Dieter Conzelmann, director of industry solutions.

In comparison with a device which has a label roll diameter of 160 millimetres, the saving of time amounts to about 40 hours per year.

When compared to a label roll with a diameter of 210 millimetres, time saving amounts to 20 hours.
