Testing food samples with Mocon's assay system

Mocon's GreenLight Model 960 is an AOAC approved high through-put assay system utilizing a 96 well plate format which can be read on any standard fluorescence plate reader.

It features a simple protocol with correlation with agar method ISO 4833:2033.

The unit enables a low to medium through-put test that provides total aerobic viable counts (TVC,APC) of food samples utilizing 1.5 ml sample vials or 15 ml sample vials.

It also provides fast same-day turn around and offers simple two point pass/fail or multipoint - with pass/fail and semi quantitative total viable count (TVC, cfu/g level) or continuous mode - with pass/fail and absolute TVC (cfu/g level).
