Symrise to provide more value for premium snacks

Flavor house Symrise presented concepts around healthy snacking, such as premium hand-cooked crisps, pastries with culinary pastes and crackers with Sunspice - both non flavour solutions at Snackex 2011 in Barcelona, Spain in June 2011.

The company presented nuts that were coated with hot tomato, sea salt & hot peppermix, Thai lime & coconut as well as chili con carne, which were under the 'Be Natural' and 'Get Excited' solutions.

These solutions use natural ingredients that deliver extreme and authentic taste experiences.

Symrise also demonstrated handcooked crisps target-ing the home-made and premium sector.

The crisps come with tastes of loaded baked potato, Thai red curry, smoked paprika & sour cream, and tender BBQ ribs, which were under the 'Be Natural' and 'Just Enjoy' categories.

They provide authenticity as well as a home-made style that people treasure in premium snack tastes.
