Supervisory Board of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft loses member
Dieter Ammer has notified GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft that he will resign from his position as member of the Supervisory Board from July 7, 2011 due to personal reasons.
He was a member of the board since June 3, 2003.
GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft supplies process technology and components for the food and energy industries.
