Spanish company Netasa introduces the La Chinata brand of smoked paprika powder that is processed with oak wood. It is available in sweet, bittersweet and hot varieties. Besides being a colorant, the ingredient is also a natural condiment for seasoning meat, fi sh and traditional dishes with its deep and settled flavor.
