Silgan Holdings acquires Asian White Cap Closures businesses
Silgan Holdings has completed its acquisition of businesses of in the Philippines, China and Venezuela.
The consumer-goods packaging manufacturer says the deals were part of its previously-announced buyout of Amcor Limited's White Cap closures businesses in Europe, Asia and South America.
The addition of these three operations provides Silgan with a position in the rapidly-growing Asian and Latin American markets.
