Food Ingredients China (FIC) opened its doors to the world between March 23 and 25, 2010 in Shanghai.

Show organizer China Food Additives & Ingredients Association (CFAA) said about 70,000 trade visitors attended the exhibition.

FIC 2010 featured trade seminars, product showcase and activities over 60,000 sqm of exhibition space.
