Price increase for beta-carotene and lycopene

DSM Nutritional Products announces a global price increase for beta-carotene and lycopene.

Further to recent announcements of price increases for fat soluble vitamins, the carotenoids, beta-carotene and lycopene, marketed in the human nutrition industries, will now increase in price by a minimum of 10% for all newly contracted business.

These price increases are driven by sharp increases in raw material prices, energy and transportation costs.
