Premium Ingredients attends food technology symposium in Spain
Industry manager Francisco Alberto Serrano of Premium Ingredients will be at the 5th International Symposium in Innovation on Food Technology in Murcia, Spain from October 24 and 25.
The symposium will engage speakers and delegates on issues concerning food security, environmental impact of manufacturing processes, process trazability, applied R&D, new applications of manufacturing waste, probiotics and lactation, as well as regulation on nutritional claims and health properties on food.
