Nutracea, Archer Daniels Midland partner

NutraCea has entered into an agreement with ADM Rice, an operating division of Archer Daniels Midland Company. The stabilized rice bran (SRB) research and technology company says it will implement its proprietary rice stabilization technology into the ADM Rice facility to produce stabilized rice bran.

"This agreement between NutraCea and ADM Rice is timely and a natural strategic step as it allows us to quickly increase our production while still maintaining product integrity of the finished SRB," explains Brad Edson, President and CEO of NutraCea.
