Nippon Paper Group acquires subsidiary
The board of directors of Nippon Paper Group (NPG) has agreed to acquire a 54.93% stake in Shikoku Coca-Cola Bottling from NPG’s wholly owned subsidiary Nippon Paper Industries.
NPG says the transaction will not have a material impact on its consolidated business results.
