New Kimberly-Clark CSO

Kimberly-Clark (K-C) Corporation says Christian A Brickman will join the company next month as chief strategy officer, reporting to chairman and chief executive officer Thomas J. Falk.

In this position, Brickman will lead the development and monitoring of the company's strategic plans and processes to enhance K-C's enterprise growth initiatives.

He is currently a principal in McKinsey & Company's Dallas office and a leader in the firm's consumer packaged goods and operations practices.

Before joining McKinsey, Brickman was president and CEO of Whitlock Packaging.

From 1994 through 1998 he was with Guinness/United Distillers initially as vice president of strategic planning and then as vice president and general manager for Guinness Brewing Worldwide's Latin America region.
