New cocoa liquors in Asia

ADM Cocoa launches a range of customized cocoa liquors that offers Asian chocolate manufacturers a range of solutions for applications such as ice cream and high cocoa content products. The premium range of De Zaan cocoa liquors delivers quality and reliability with beans sourced from countries such as Ghana, the Ivory Coast and Papua New Guinea. Manufacturers requiring a slightly darker color can use 850 DL, a lightly alkalized cocoa liquor that may also reduce conching time. Liquors with different roasting profiles are also available.
