KHS launches 3D line design

Filling and packaging systems supplier KHS now offers beverage, food and nonfood industries with powerwall and 3D laser scanning in their line design process.

Through the system, users can experience their future line in the third dimension on a powerwall.

The users are presented with special glasses that enable them to see in 3D.

With the help of a fly stick, users can zoom in on the line displayed on the powerwall, studying it from all sides.

They can also control the speed at which they observe their future system and scrutinize machines and machine components in greater detail.
