Kemin presents trends on India’s sweets market
Kemin Food Technologies and Shree Mumbai Mishtann Vyavasai Sahakari Mandal presented the latest market trends and food safety technologies for the ethnic sweets industry at VITS in Mumbai on January 22, 2010.
Proprietors and key decision makers of the top 30 sweet manufacturers attended presentations by the companies’ executives on the market trends and the benefits of Kemin’s Amplivita Antimicrobial product in ethnic sweets.
“Amplivita extends the freshness period of sweets, allowing manufacturers to rationalize multiple kitchens, manage inventory efficiently, reduce product waste, exploit export opportunities and manage the surging demand of sweets during festival season,” says Melanie Galloway, president of Kemin Food Technologies.
