Jebsen Industrial names 8 principals in China
Jebsen Group, a leading marketing and distribution organisztion for premium products in the Greater China region, has announced the addition of eight new principals under the Group's industrial business, in conjunction with the Bakery China trade fair held in Shanghai in June 2011.
Four of the new principals are in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical (FB&P) sectors, indicating the great attention Jebsen Industrial has put on food safety and innovation.
China's food industry has been growing at least 20% annually, and reaching 26.6% in the first half of 2010, to approximately RMB2.57 trillion ($0.4 trillion), according to Jebsen.
At Bakery China, Jebsen Industrial introduced its four new FB&P principals ABAC (producer of bio-products for animal growth and disease prevention), Royal GMF-Gouda (manufacturer of machines and production lines for dying, sterilisation, peeling and solidification), Pcdata (global market leader in logistics systems for industrial bakeries), and BEAR Varimixer professional mixers (Wodschow & Co).
In Shanghai, China, Jebsen Industrial's expanding R&D centre seeks to improve food safety on advanced technology, and is developing premix products carefully customised to client demands, providing assistance on quality control throughout the process.
It is also extending partnerships to serve several other industries with principals such as Gallus, NGR, Siliper and Damptech, some of whom will be introduced at Chinaplas 2011, Asia's plastics and rubber trade fair in Guangzhou, China.
