ITC clears Niutang of sucralose patents infringement
A US International Trade Commission (ITC) administrative law judge has found that Niutang has not violated any patents for manufacturing the sweetener sucralose as claimed by Tate & Lyle.
In his initial determination, ITC Judge Charles Bullock rejected the infringement allegations against both Changzhou Niutang, one of the largest global manufacturers of sucralose, and its US subsidiary, US Niutang.
