A consolidation of China’s major confectionery and snack shows has concentrated trade events to the month of September, due to a merger between International Sweet & Snack Tec China and its competitors. The Confectionery Manufacturing Show (CME), which was to have taken place this year for the third time; and the Snack Manufacturing Show (SME), both which previously belonged to the Simply Group, have now been absorbed into the Koelnmesse event. International Sweet & Snack Tec China is collocated with the 3rd Sweets China Expo (powered by ISM) and the World of Food China.
