Innovative closures and container shapes for aseptics

Krones AG has developed a new generation of aseptic cappers that improves cleanability and accessibility in PET-Asept lines while retaining hygiene advantages. There is more accessibility to care and maintenance for the line by relocating the servomotors upwards as drive elements and keeping the control cams low. This design enhancement for the capper means that larger bottle diameters of up to 108 mm could now be handled. The cappers are now used in standard filler BLOCs.
