Indonesia to host Fi Asia in October
Fi Asia is dubbed as the first food ingredients show ever held in Indonesia.
Major food ingredients suppliers such as Purac, Fortitech and Naturex will showcase ingredients possibilities and solutions between September 29 and October 1 this year at Jakarta, Indonesia.
Organized by UBM, the show features an universal formula product range, custom nutrient premixes and functional ingredients.
Visitors to the show can also attend a conference entitled "Emerging issues and technology
Developments in foods and ingredients" that is held by the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists (PATPI) in collaboration with the Department of Food Science and Technology (FST) and and Southeast Asian Food and Agricultural Science and Technology (SEAFAST) Center IPB.
