Greg Horn named solbar North American business director

Solbar Industries Ltd., Israel, announces the appointment of Greg Horn to direct the company's business, marketing and sales activities in North America from 1 Aug, 2008.

Horn will be responsible for implementing Solbar's business marketing plan focused on specialty soy proteins including isolates, functional and textured soy concentrates and Solbar's unique Bontex steam-textured soy proteins.

Horn has developed strategic marketing plans for major food companies, including ConAgra Food Ingredients, Penford Food Ingredients and Aviagen; including formation of strategic alliances and acquisitions on three continents.
