Frutarom continues growth with acquisitions

With two more acquisitions, Frutarom continues to invest in its savory solutions business unit.

The December 2010 acquisition of the industrial spices business division of Norway's Rieber & Son ASA has now been followed by the purchase of British company East Anglian Food Ingredients (EAFI).

Both companies specialize in flavors, spices and functional ingredients especially for meat, fish and convenience products.

Both businesses provide comprehensive portfolios of high-quality products, state-of-the-art technologies and corresponding expertise.

They also have extensive and established costumer bases in the UK and Scandinavia respectively.
