Frutarom and German institute collaborate on starter cultures study
Frutarom Savory Solutions and German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL) have signed an agreement where the institute will research exclusively for Frutarom on starter cultures.
With this cooperation, Frutarom intends to further improve the safety and stability of food products and to become the leading supplier of starter cultures in Europe.
