Freightgate improves supply chain management with its ISF compliance solution

Freightgate has released Importer Security Filing (ISF) software known as Compliance-Trek! for food and beverage importers to better manage compliance with the new 10+2 ISF regulations.

Starting January 2009, food and beverage importers are now required to submit an Importer Security Filing ISF to US Customs and Border Protection for all US imports at least 24 hours prior to the vessel loading at the overseas ocean seaport of origin.

Compliance-Trek! can be easily integrated into existing ERP’s to enhance relevant business processes of the food and beverage industry.

It is embedded with role dependent view (RDV) technology allowing companies to control their information confidentially with “need-to-know” permissions.
