Franz Haas acquires 85% stake in DFE Meincke
Franz Haas Waffel- und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH acquired an 85% stake in DFE Meincke Holding in December 2009.
Frank Müntzberg holds the other 15% and he will continue to manage the company as CEO with Christoph Jiraschek, who is a member of the Haas family.
Haas will now be supplying machines for the biscuit market.
