Food Ingredients China 2007

The season of spring will bring Food Ingredients China 2007 to Shanghai for another show. Organizers say the three-day event will feature not one, but two venues: Shanghai Everbright Convention and Exhibition Center (SECEC) and Shanghai International Exhibition Centre (INTEX). Scheduled technical seminar topics include:

• Enzymes in cereal and nutritional foods;

• Sucroesters in candy and milk-cream products;

• Fortifi cation of beverage and dairy-based products;

• Waxy potato starch and its derivations in food products;
