Enhanced TasteEssentials chicken flavor program

Givaudan has advanced its TasteEssentials Chicken flavor program with newly developed proprietary natural ingredients that add greater authenticity to the chicken flavor profile, particularly ‘richness’, capturing specific nuances of the taste of chicken. These ingredients are now in some of Givaudan’s chicken flavors that are being used commercially in chicken soups, bouillons, burgers and nuggets.

While natural chicken flavors are already widely used in the USA, the company says it is seeing an increasing number of briefs requiring natural solutions from European customers, as well as Japan and Australia.
