Ecolab introduces lubricant for bottling plants

Ecolab introduces DryExx GF, a new conveyor lubricant specifically designed for use with glass bottles on steel conveyor belts.

The company said DryExx GF saves up to 80% of the water used when compared to traditional wet lubricants whileachieving the highest possible hygiene levels and does not compromise efficiency.

The formula contains an active lubricating substance that creates a protective film on the belts.

This results in reduced friction, less abrasion and consequently eliminates the need to use large amounts of water to continually wash any abrasion off the belts.
