DSM Food Specialties hires for cultures unit

DSM Food Specialties has appointed Jan Boeg Hansen as sales director Cultures.

He has been working in the cultures and enzymes industry for many years in several senior marketing and sales positions with various global biotech companies.

The company has also appointed Peter Wagner as production director Cultures, with effect from 01 March 2011.

He comes with an extensive experience in the production area of cultures, having worked in several management positions in the industry.

Meanwhile, Hans Holm has been appointed as innovation manager.

He brings over 18 years of experience from the cultures industry with him.
