Dry granule weigher

Ishida’s launch of the cut-gate weigher “CG Series” for its overseas market allows for gentler product handling, precise weighing and easy-to-use maintenance. It is ideal for dry granular products such as washing detergent, coffee and seasoning. The two models CG-202LC and CG-203LC can weigh up to 2,000 grams at 15 wpm and 5,000 grams at 13 wpm respectively. There are also six head variations available. Accurate and stable weighing is possible with Ishida’s load cell and high-speed feedback control system. Particles are also protected with no mechanism braking particle and separating product while clean-up is simple as no tools are required to remove cut-gate, weigh hopper and other parts.
