KFSU’s Fibacel is an allnatural versatile fiber-fl our derived from sugarcane to produce healthier and tastier processed food and beverages, as well as improved product yield and shelf-life. The company’s patented, chemical-free milling process maintains the whole-cell integrity of nutrient rich sugarcane biomass in the production of a light cream, insoluble, odorless fl our with a particle size range of less than 30-80μm.
