Döhler to exhibit natural solutions at FIE 2011

Döhler will showcase natural solutions for sugar reduction such as a portfolio of flavours and flavour extracts, natural colours, innovative solutions for 100% fruit, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage bases.

Döhler will be exhibiting natural solutions from November 29 to December 1, 2011 at Food ingredients Europe in Paris, France.

It will showcase natural solutions for sugar reduction – like sugar replacement technology or MultiSweet Stevia – a broad portfolio of flavours and flavour extracts, natural colours, innovative solutions for 100% fruit, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage bases.

Under the MultiSweet Stevia brand Döhler has developed a sweetener with desireable sensory properties.

Its sweetness improving technology (SIT) ensures an especially near-sugar taste.

For the product claim “with no added sugar”, MultiSweet Stevia can be used with MultiSweet Fruit, a range of partially decoloured or partially deacidified apple juice concentrates.
