Companies terminate Danapak joint venture
Constantia Packaging AG and the Danish company Arla Foods have terminated their joint venture that existed since 2002.
Danapak will take over the sites Slagelse and Horsens, which are tailored to the requirements of Arla Foods.
They had annual sales of approximately 60 million euros ($75.5 million) with 270 employees.
At the same time, the third site Corona Packaging A/S with sales of 18 million euros and 30 employees will go to Constantia Packaging AG, being an ideal sales site in the Scandinavian region.
Purchase prices of the sales were not disclosed.
