Companies join hands to solve industry problems on dough rheology
German flour specialist Mühlenchemie and laboratory instruments manufacturer Brabender have partnered to assist customers with dough rheological problems in Germany, Russia, Mexico, China and India.
Mühlenchemie is active in more than 100 countries through local branches and representations.
With the partnership, customers can receive the know-how on improving the properties of flour and change it to suit specific applications. Changes would be monitored and evaluated analytically with the Brabender dough rheology.
