Chinese company begins beef and cattle operations

Sino Agro Food, an agriculture technology and organic food company, says its joint-venture company QingHai, HuangYuan, SanJing APower United Corp has begun beef cattle operations.

Renovations on staff quarters were completed at the project site.

Management and staff have begun moving on site to begin start-up operations.

The joint venture company has also recently completed construction on two cattle houses and yards.

It has also received its first 110 head of cattle that is between five and six months old.

Additional head will be added as more cattle houses and yards are completed.

Fattening operations over the next five months are expected to bring the herd to an average body weight of 500Kg per head.
