Cargill opens texturizing offices in Australia and New Zealand

Cargill is opening two new texturizing sales and customer service offices in Sydney and Melbourne to cater to the recent growth in Australia and New Zealand.

Starting January 1, 2009, the company will offer its texturizing ingredients – including hydrocolloids, soy flours, starches, lecithins, cultures and enzymes and multi-component functional systems – direct to customers rather than through distributors.
