BioGaia founder resigns

Jan Annwall, vice managing director, founder, CFO and board member of BioGaia AB will leave his position in the company next April, after which he will serve as a consultant to company. BioGaia's present controller Margareta Hagman will have an additional role of a CFO from April 1, 2010.
