Barry Callebaut presents chocolate solutions at ISM

Barry Callebaut will cast the spotlight on its successful standard chocolate references and a new range of unique inclusions, fillings and decorations at the 40th edition of ISM in Cologne, Germany from January 31 to February 3 2010.

Newcomers on show at ISM 2010 include Barry Callebaut’s Crispearls, a Croquoa texture, bakestable flavored inclusions and compound soft chunks.
