Asia Fruit Logistica announces inaugural event

Asia Fruit Logistica is opening its doors for the first time this September in Bangkok.

The new international trade fair for fruit and vegetable marketing in Asia will allow exporters in the southern hemisphere to promote growth in Asia.

Taking place alongside the Asiafruit Congress which is in its seventh year, Asia Fruit Logistica is expected to to attract some 150 exhibitors and 2,000 trade visitors to its launch event.

“There is also a lot of interest from logistics service providers as well as packaging companies,” explains Gérald Lamusse, managing director of Asia Fruit Logistica. “There is tremendous scope for development of this part of the value chain in Asia”.
