Aromatech launches new flavor range

Aromatech has developed a new range of flavors specially dedicated to functional foods.

The sweet and savory flavors group says it has come up with complete solutions that pair a flavor with a specific ingredient, saving processors from process-specific and off-note headaches.

In functional beverages, Aromatech has paired apple pear, apple lychee, pineapple or orange flavors to mask the off-notes coming from iron, folic acid or soy.
