Alfa Laval Group acquires heat exchanger company in South Korea
Alfa Laval Group says it has acquired 90% of the shares in LHE in South Korea.
The company targets the compact plate heat exchanger market, with sales of about SEK 750 million ($108.3 million) in 2008 and 170 employees.
LHE has been consolidated into the Alfa Laval Group since September 1.
