ADM announces dividend

The board of directors of Archer Daniels Midland has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company’s stock payable 18 December 2006 to shareholders of record 17 November 2006.

The processor of soybeans, corn, wheat and cocoa and producer of soybean oil and meal, ethanol, corn sweeteners and flour says it is its 320th cash dividend and 300th consecutive quarterly payment. This reportedly represents a record of 75 years of uninterrupted dividends.
