Accraply launches Trine Model 4800 high-speed roll-fed labeler

Accraply introduces the Trine Model 4800 roll-fed labeling system to its already extensive line of label application equipment.

An industry standard for nearly three decades, Trine is redefining versatility, operating value and productivity with its new Model 4800.

Offering a small footprint and quick change parts, the new system has a sleek stainless steel guard system, Siemens PLC with color touch-screen controls, a new discharge stabilizer allowing for superior bottle handling at speeds up to 600 cpm, a segmented

vacuum drum allowing for part replacement without costly production delays due to drum repads, and an optional dual label-roll unwind and automatic splice unit further supporting the higher production speeds.

Integral to this new development is the ability of the Trine Model 4800 to upgrade the hundreds of operating Trine Model 4500 and Model 6500 machines without expensive conveyor changes.
