A scale for better food safety

The latest Sartorius Miras stainless steel (SS) scale is designed with the finite element method that uses less material but without compromising on performance.

The platform is easier to clean and has less risk of contamination due to less horizontal surface area on the fame structure.

Key features include:

• Scale is made of AISI 304 stainless steel

• Scale has 13 models with capacity from 3-300kg

• High resolution up to 15,000d
