ISP Global Beverage Services has launched its granular Polyclar stabilizers for beer.

There are three new granular Polyclar products that are formulated with 100% polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP) for wine: Polyclar Prevent, Polyclar Cure, and Polyclar Wine. Formulated as PVPPblends, these granules address the varying stabilization and filtration needs of winemakers. “These stabilizers do not cause chemical interactions and they contain no enzymes or genetically-modified organisms (GMOs). They can be removed by filtration and require no additive labeling,” says Mika Unting, ISP senior manager of new business development for Europe and a certified brewing engineer.
